This isn't technically an actual title in a group. The Isle of Wyrms Estate managers are responsible for management of the sims that make up the Isle of Wyrms.
Estate Managers can change various settings on the sims, including teleporting, the sun position, flying, running scripts and public access. The Estate Managers also have control of the region and sim wide Estate Access and Ban lists and can also restart sims.
Due to the level of responsibility, this role is only given to a small number of key stakeholders.
