I couldn’t say goodbye,
Your tears would rend my heart.
Break my resolve,
To travel alone my chosen path
On fated wings, of fallen tears.

I couldn’t say I love you.
I did, you know, in words and
Incomprehensionable thoughts inside.
Your support meant the world to me,
I truly knew you cared.

I knew your love your touch your hopes
For my joy, you never failed me.
I had to ask and answer my own questions
Is this all - Nothing more? Only one that you
Couldn’t decide for me, for my life had finished.

I walk alone this chosen path
I cant explain the whys or wherefores
I didn’t mean to cause you pain,
In my heart of hearts I hold you dear,
As my friend, my confidant

Each snowflake that falls from the heavens
Will be my tears angel born message to you -
Tears of joy, you were in my life!
I couldn’t say goodbye not then, Not Now,

And I could not bear the thought
Of not knowing you in which ever life time
Our spirits should cross again.
