~The LIttle Folk~ by Windchaser Rhode

In the mist of Golden dawn
where the Sun does softly rise,
One can see the Sun dryads play
Dancing freely in the skies.

MIsts of red and golden green
Where misted meadows sleep,
One can hear the Nature faeries
Whisper softly as they Keep.

Winter comes without delay
with glistening, crystal wings.
This be the white Snow Sprite
Now listen as he sings.

Gentle breezes in the wind
are as soft as fallen snow.
"Tis sweet", the Spring Sprite says,
"Now, what else must you know?"

Gayly do the cloven hooves
of trickster Faun does sound.
To forests so thick, groves still green,
Yes this is where He's bound.

Dancing lights within the sky
Lulls you to sleep before too long.
Deep within her sea-wetted cave
Comes forth entrancing Siren's song.

Earthen wares of silver and gold,
Enriched and shining gems,
Gifts from Mother of wealth untold.
"These be for you", said Earth Gnome friend.

Luck will find you, though it seems
even through the most of trying games.
"A bit o' luck I'll give to ye
If you can guess our names",
thus says the Lephrechaun king.

Spring and Summer, Winter and Fall
from Earth, Fire, Air and Rain.
Come dance with me, with Little Folk and all
While the Wheel turns for one and the same.
