The High Council is a part of the ruling body for the IoW community. It is where all the groups associated with IoW join together in a harmonious collective to provide everyone with resources, communication, and a voice that can be heard by everyone dedicated to mantaining and improving life here on the Isles.

This includes leaders from the Guardians. Citizens, Guild Hall, Associated RP Clans, and Isle Estate owners as well as Ambassadors who serve them in addition to being Citizens' Group Mentors.
