Wanderers Advice

I roam the universe so very far from home.
I have left all that was familiar and all I knew far behind.
On star swept shores and lofty mountains I roam,
to distant countries and countless discoveries to find
that which I left was more precious than I knew.
They say you can't go home again, but of this I am not sure.
Though that may be true, from certain points of view,
friends and family can provide a lonely wanderer his hearts sure cure.
Go home while you may. Visit friends while you can.
Nothing lasts forever, and memories may be all you'll have, in the end.
